As a pivotal role within the agency, you will take ownership of setting, managing, and achieving ambitious performance targets, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional results that drive growth and retention, whilst meeting the needs of our clients.
You will be responsible for orchestrating cohesive multi-channel strategic workflows that achieve positive commercial outcomes for clients. From supporting pitches by mapping out tailored solutions to meet briefs, through to onboarding and aiding existing and ongoing key client strategies, you will work across teams to champion client success and retention.
The role will coordinate efforts across specialist teams to exceed client expectations by managing key workflows, monitoring and reporting on success metrics and providing strategic advice on key accounts. The role will also act as an escalation point and seek to find solutions to client issues and concerns.
You will be a leading voice for client performance, whilst applying commercial acumen to situations and strategies to shape ways in which we can improve client delivery and enhance and grow client relationships.
The role should seek to constantly develop our service offering and pricing strategy - suggesting, and where needed, implementing new initiatives and tactics to make positive lasting results across CPTs.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for each client, track performance, and provide regular insights and recommendations to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Measure, maintain and report back on utilisation and other key supporting delivery metrics, reviewing available vs. required capacity. Cross-reference write-off with CPTs to identify any patterns of servicing in line with performance.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the strategic lead for key clients, acting as the face of client strategy. Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs, providing value-driven advice, and positioning the agency as a trusted partner.
Business Development Support: Play a critical role in supporting new business pitches, collaborating with the growth team to produce compelling, tailored strategies that meet prospective client briefs.
Thought leadership presence: Attend and speak at relevant industry events to gain new knowledge and share your expertise with our team and clients. Run regular training sessions and be involved in the planning and running of ClickyGroup events.
Growth Identification: Proactively identify new opportunities for client growth, including upselling services, identifying emerging digital trends, and exploring new marketing channels.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with performance marketing, creative, development and wider teams to ensure that client strategies are well-integrated across all disciplines and deliver measurable results.
Expectation Setting & Management: Outlining clear expectation levels across client performance. Aligning personal behaviours to this to demonstrate what ‘great’ looks like. Understand client business goals and translate them into effective digital strategies.
Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly refining strategies to maintain the agency's competitive edge in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Drive innovation and fresh thinking across the client’s business as well as across the team. Ensure we remain ahead of the curve with new technologies, platforms and methods. Identify business opportunities for the agency.
Mentoring & team support: Ensure our team constantly develops and improves their knowledge and skills by organising appropriate training based upon your learning in the role. Build and maintain a supportive and collaborative environment that motivates.
Leadership: Lead with positivity, influence and inspire the team to do their best work. Place the client’s needs at the heart of all delivery. Contribute to Clicky culture from a leadership perspective - involvement and idea generation for constant improvement.
Billable time: Utilise your expertise and skill set to deliver key client consultancy work to support the business in delivery and seek to increase fee-earning time.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in leading digital marketing strategies for high-profile clients within an agency or relevant in-house setting.
