Redrow is one of the UK’s leading and most respected housebuilders, known not only for delivering high-quality homes, but also for their commitment to creating thriving communities and sustainable developments.

Despite their strong market position and a user-friendly website, Redrow noticed a decline in traffic to their key regional development pages.

This drop in visibility was partly due to outdated on-page content and a lack of internal linking, which prevented search engines from fully understanding the value and relevance of these pages.

We began by conducting a comprehensive audit of Redrow’s key development pages where we identified where content was under-optimised and where internal linking opportunities were being missed.

Next, we developed a bespoke strategy that optimised each development page not only for broader regional keywords, but also for hyper-localised terms within the surrounding area, widening the scope of organic reach while still maintaining relevance and quality.
